STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.
HANDBAGS

- Store the bag in the linen bag and do not put anything heavy on top of it.

I wore this once and a bunch of the gems squished around because the glue had melted. how sad, i was so excited and now i can't wear it again :(

Love my anklet. It’s the 2nd one I have had. After awhile it gets stretched out so I just order another one. Even though the 2nd one broke after 1 week they replaced it right away.. The only problem is they only had a pink one. I still love that one.

I bought the beautiful pink anklet. I also have the crystal one I bought awhile ago. I love both and they fit me perfectly.
The anklet looked cute but it broke after about 9 days of wear. The glue in the metal at the end got loose and the anklet can no longer be elapsed. Either I am just unlucky or the quality of the clasps are weak to begin with. If you're not unlucky, though, it looks super great and the texture on my skin wasn't bad.
Store owner replied: Oh no!! I am so sorry this happened, that's unacceptable. We would love to make this right and get you a replacement right away. We have already processed the order and it will be packed up today.
The anklet is pretty. I receive a lot of compliments on it. I wish, though, that it weren’t quite as big around. Perhaps if it were made about an inch tighter and include two different extender lengths for larger ankles… (?)

I love mine. It’s the perfect width that it isn’t too large and it isn’t too thin (Goldie locks - perfect) it’s so comfortable on I often forget I’m wearing it. It’s the perfect pop of sparkle to wear with heels, sandals or sneakers. So glad it’s in the champagne bubble color, now I just have to patiently wait for it to restock so I can add that color to my collection. ;-)
