Materials & Care
STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.
HANDBAGS
- Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- Store the bag in the linen bag and do not put anything heavy on top of it.
JEWELRY

The quality is terrible. Its only been used for 3 weeks, and this is the SECOND time this has happened!!
Store owner replied: Oh no! I am so sorry Michelle. I'd love to help. I cant see exactly the type of bag in the photo but at first glance it looks like a large capacity tote style. If so, this may explain what is happening. The Oz handle is best on lighter weight bags because of the way the cords are cut and hidden. There is not a lot of space to hide the cords without having the ends exposed and so a heavy weight bag can put quite a lot of pressure on them. The shorter LACE straps, or Swing Straps will be a great "handle" alternative that can carry a much heavier weight. Can we help exchange that for you so you can get something that works best with your bag? If not, we will of course refund - want want you to be happy. Let us know and we will take care of it!

She is perfect. Love the versatility of the Oz. I have 4 colors now! They are perfect for adding a colorful sparkle to any bag you own and they function as a strap with hobo or crescent bags shapes. This really is a stunning weave and length.
These sparkly, woven straps are SO special.....I have become a huge fan and every time I look at them hanging on my purse, I get a thrill! They are like jewelry and the sparkle factor is astonishing. I have to admit I have become addicted to these....the emerald green is sublime, but the gunmetal color is equally beautiful. Basically, they are ALL beautiful. The difficult part is deciding which one you want. My purses nowadays give me happy eyes....Rocknot has become my secret indulgence. Life is short, buy what makes you happy!
